SUBCHAPTER C-1. CERTAIN TRANSACTIONS INVOLVING CATALYTIC CONVERTERS REMOVED FROM MOTOR VEHICLES

If the business activity of a metal recycling entity substantially changes in the extent to which the entity engages in transactions involving catalytic converters removed from motor vehicles, the entity shall update the entity's declaration submitted under Section 1956.022.
