Tex. Occupations Code § 2001.003: REGULATORY FUNDING FROM LICENSE FEES AND BINGO PRIZE FEES.

It is the intent of the legislature that the funding necessary for the administration of this chapter by the department be collected by the department from commercial lessor, manufacturer, and distributor license fees and money paid to the department by bingo players as bingo prize fees.
