SUBCHAPTER E. MANUFACTURER'S AND DISTRIBUTOR'S LICENSES

A person who does not hold a manufacturer's or distributor's license commits an offense if the person sells or attempts to induce the sale of bingo equipment or supplies to a licensed authorized organization.
