SUBCHAPTER K. PRIZE FEES

The commission shall perform all functions incident to the administration, collection, enforcement, and operation of the fee on prizes imposed under this subchapter for amounts due to the commission, including any necessary reconciliation of a prize fee held by the commission that is due to a county or municipality.
