Tex. Occupations Code § 2025.152: LOCATION RESTRICTION FOR GREYHOUND RACETRACK.

Each greyhound racetrack must be located in a county that:

(1) has a population of more than 190,000;

(2) borders the Gulf of Mexico; and

(3) includes all or part of an island that borders the Gulf of Mexico.
