SUBCHAPTER C. POWERS AND DUTIES OF PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT BOARD AND MEDICAL BOARD

The physician assistant board shall establish and collect fees in amounts that are reasonable and necessary to cover the cost of administering this chapter.
