SUBCHAPTER C. POWERS AND DUTIES OF PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT BOARD AND MEDICAL BOARD

Subject to the advice and approval of the medical board, the physician assistant board shall develop and implement policies that clearly separate the policy-making responsibilities of the physician assistant board and the management responsibilities of the executive director and the staff of the medical board.
