SUBCHAPTER F. IMPLEMENTATION STANDARDS OF INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER EDUCATION

On receipt of a written request from a registered athlete agent, the secretary of state or a compliance coordinator designated under Section 2051.253 shall provide a copy of the implementation standards adopted by an institution of higher education under Section 2051.251.
