Tex. Occupations Code § 2051.553: RECOVERY.

Where this section sits in the code

A plaintiff that prevails in a civil suit filed under Section 2051.551 may recover:

(1) actual damages;

(2) exemplary damages;

(3) court costs; and

(4) reasonable attorney's fees.
