SUBCHAPTER C. POWERS AND DUTIES OF MEDICAL BOARD

In addition to any fees paid to the medical board or money appropriated to the medical board, the medical board may receive and accept under this chapter a gift, grant, donation, or other item of value from any source, including the United States or a private source.
