SUBCHAPTER D. PUBLIC INTEREST INFORMATION; COMPLAINT AND INVESTIGATIVE INFORMATION

(a) The medical board shall prepare information of public interest describing the functions of the medical board and the procedures by which complaints are filed and resolved under this chapter.

(b) The medical board shall make the information available to the public and appropriate state agencies.
