Tex. Occupations Code § 2102.006: ENFORCEMENT.

Where this section sits in the code

A person aggrieved by a violation of this chapter may:

(1) bring an action to recover actual damages and reasonable attorney's fees; and

(2) seek an injunction or other remedy available at law or in equity.
