Tex. Occupations Code § 2153.155: TERMS OF LICENSE.

A license issued under this subchapter:

(1) is effective for only one business entity;

(2) does not vest any property or right in the license holder, except for the right to conduct the licensed business;

(3) may not be transferred or assigned; and

(4) is not subject to execution.
