SUBCHAPTER A. GENERAL PROVISIONS

In this chapter, "contracting stevedore" means a person, firm or association of persons, or corporation that contracts with another person or corporation, including an agent, owner, master, manager, or captain of a vessel, to load or unload a vessel.
