Tex. Occupations Code § 304.0025: RULES ADOPTED UNDER COMPACT.

The Interstate Commission of Nurse Licensure Compact Administrators established under the Nurse Licensure Compact under Section 304.0015 may not adopt rules that alter the requirements or scope of practice of a license issued under Chapter 301. Any rule adopted by the Interstate Commission of Nurse Licensure Compact Administrators that purports to alter the requirements or scope of practice of a license issued under Chapter 301 is not enforceable.
