Tex. Occupations Code § 351.354: CERTAIN OPTOMETRIC SERVICES AUTHORIZED.

An optometrist or therapeutic optometrist may:

(1) perform:

(A) vision therapy;

(B) hand-eye coordination exercises;

(C) visual training; and

(D) developmental vision therapy; and

(2) evaluate and remedy a learning or behavioral disability associated with or caused by a defective or abnormal condition of vision.
