CHAPTER 402. HEARING INSTRUMENT FITTERS AND DISPENSERS
SUBCHAPTER H. PRACTICE BY LICENSE HOLDER

A person engaged in fitting and dispensing hearing instruments shall display the person's license in a conspicuous place in the person's principal office and, when required, shall exhibit the license to the department or its authorized representative.
