Tex. Occupations Code § 556.054: CONFIDENTIALITY OF CERTAIN INFORMATION.

The following information obtained by the board during an inspection of a facility is confidential and not subject to disclosure under Chapter 552, Government Code:

(1) financial data;

(2) sales data, other than shipment data; and

(3) pricing data.
