CHAPTER 558. LICENSE TO PRACTICE PHARMACY
SUBCHAPTER B. LICENSING BY EXAMINATION

(a) The board may employ and cooperate with an organization or consultant in grading the examination.

(b) The board shall determine whether an applicant has passed the examination. The board has sole discretion and responsibility for that determination.
