SUBCHAPTER A. PRESCRIPTION AND SUBSTITUTION REQUIREMENTS

Except as provided by Section 562.0545, a properly authorized prescription refill shall follow the original dispensing instruction unless otherwise indicated by the practitioner or the practitioner's agent.
