CHAPTER 601. MEDICAL RADIOLOGIC TECHNOLOGISTS
SUBCHAPTER D. EXEMPTIONS FROM CERTIFICATION AND REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS

A person is not required to hold a certificate issued under this chapter to perform a radiologic procedure if the person is a practitioner and performs the procedure in the course and scope of the profession for which the person holds a license.
