SUBCHAPTER J. PENALTIES AND ENFORCEMENT PROVISIONS

(a) The medical board may request the attorney general or the appropriate county or district attorney to commence an action to enjoin a violation of this chapter.

(b) The remedy provided by this section is in addition to any other action authorized by law.
