SUBCHAPTER C. CERTIFICATE AND TEMPORARY PERMIT REQUIREMENTS

The advisory board may issue a certificate to a person who is licensed or certified to practice respiratory care by another state whose requirements for licensure or certification were on the date the license or certificate was issued substantially equal to the requirements of this chapter.
