SUBCHAPTER F. LICENSE REQUIREMENTS: FUNERAL DIRECTORS AND EMBALMERS

On issuance of a funeral director's license or an embalmer's license under this chapter, a majority of the commission members shall sign the license. The license authorizes the license holder to practice embalming, funeral directing, or both.
