Tex. Occupations Code § 702.503: RECOVERY.

Where this section sits in the code

In a suit filed under Section 702.501, a court may award:

(1) actual damages;

(2) equitable relief;

(3) punitive damages; or

(4) reasonable attorney's fees and court costs to the prevailing party.
