SUBCHAPTER B. POWERS AND DUTIES OF COMMISSION AND DEPARTMENT

The commission by rule shall establish reasonable and necessary fees in amounts sufficient to cover the costs of administering and enforcing this chapter. In setting the fee for inspecting or licensing a facility, the commission may consider the number of adult intact female animals used for breeding at the facility.
