SUBCHAPTER B. REGULATION OF PILOT PROGRAM

(a) The board may approve not more than five prepaid legal services pilot programs between classroom teachers associations and the state bar.

(b) A member of the state bar may provide legal services to a prepaid legal services program only if the organization sponsoring the program is approved by the board of directors.
