SUBCHAPTER F. REVOCATION OR SUSPENSION OF LICENSES OR PERMITS

The department must give the licensee or permittee an opportunity for a hearing concerning the suspension or revocation of the license or permit. Notice of the hearing must be given and the hearing held as provided by Sections 2001.052 and 2001.054, Government Code.
