The commission shall file with the Bond Review Board a report on the performance of the interest and sinking fund and the development fund. The board shall review the reports filed by the commission under this section to assess the performance of the funds in repaying bonds issued under this chapter. The filing dates and the contents of the reports must comply with any rules adopted by the board.
