Tex. Parks and Wildlife Code § 22.023: DISPOSITION OF INCOME.

The department shall use the income derived from leases, royalties, and operation of the park necessary for maintaining, improving, and operating the park. The unexpended income at the end of the biennium shall be placed in the state treasury to the credit of the state parks account.
