Tex. Parks and Wildlife Code § 22.055: SALE OF IRON ORE.

(a) The department may sell iron ore in place located in the park. The department may grant all rights necessary for the development of the iron ore to the purchasers of the iron ore.

(b) The presiding officer, on behalf of the department, may execute and deliver the necessary instruments to convey the iron ore in place to the purchasers.
