CHAPTER 42. GENERAL HUNTING LICENSE

The commission by rule may modify or eliminate the tagging, carcass, final destination, or final processing requirements or provisions of Section 42.001, 42.018, 42.0185, 42.019, or 42.020, or other similar requirements or provisions in this chapter.
