CHAPTER 223. BUSINESS ENTITY-OWNED RESIDENTIAL ARRANGEMENTS

Notwithstanding any provision in an agreement between the owner and a managing entity, an owner of an interest in a managing entity may transfer the interest without approval from the managing entity.
