CHAPTER 31. BAD FAITH WASHOUT OF OVERRIDING ROYALTY INTEREST IN OIL AND GAS LEASE

A person must bring an action under this chapter not later than the second anniversary of the date the person obtained actual knowledge that the washout occurred.
