CHAPTER 1001. CITY OF AMARILLO HOSPITAL DISTRICT
SUBCHAPTER B. DISTRICT ADMINISTRATION

(a) The board may employ doctors, nurses, technicians, and other employees considered advisable for the efficient operation of the hospital or hospital system.

(b) The board may delegate to the district administrator the authority to hire district employees.
