- SUBCHAPTER F. DISCONTINUATION OF SERVICE TO RANDALL COUNTY TERRITORY
The district is entitled to receive taxes from the area in which services are discontinued under this subchapter in an amount sufficient to pay expenses incurred by the district in serving the area residents before the date services were discontinued.
