  5. SUBCHAPTER B. DISTRICT ADMINISTRATION

(a) The district may employ physicians, technicians, nurses, fiscal agents, accountants, architects, attorneys, and other necessary employees.

(b) The board may delegate to the district administrator the authority to employ persons for the district.
