CHAPTER 1005. BAYLOR COUNTY HOSPITAL DISTRICT
SUBCHAPTER C. POWERS AND DUTIES

The district has full responsibility for operating hospital facilities and for providing medical and hospital care for the district's needy residents, in accordance with district policy.
