Tex. Special District Local Laws Code § 1005.111: SERVICE CONTRACTS.

Where this section sits in the code

The board may contract with a political subdivision of the state or with a state or federal agency for the district to:

(1) provide a mobile emergency medical service; or

(2) provide for the investigatory or welfare needs of district residents.
