CHAPTER 1006. CAPROCK HOSPITAL DISTRICT
SUBCHAPTER E. BONDS

(a) The board may issue and sell general obligation bonds in the name and on the faith and credit of the district to purchase, construct, acquire, repair, or renovate buildings or improvements and to equip buildings and improvements for a hospital and the hospital system.

(b) The board shall issue the bonds in compliance with the applicable provisions of Subtitles A and C, Title 9, Government Code.
