Tex. Special District Local Laws Code § 1008.064: PERSONNEL CONTRACTS.

Where this section sits in the code

(a) The board may contract to provide administrative or other personnel for the operation of the hospital facilities.

(b) The contract may not have a term of more than 25 years.
