SUBCHAPTER C. POWERS AND DUTIES

(a) The board may contract with a county or a municipality located outside Cochran County for the care and treatment of a sick or injured person of that county or municipality.

(b) The board may contract with this state or a federal agency for the treatment of a sick or injured person for whom the state or the federal government is responsible.
