Tex. Special District Local Laws Code § 1012.055: COMPENSATION; EXPENSES.

A director serves without compensation but may be reimbursed for actual expenses incurred in attending to district business. The expenses must be:

(1) reported in the district's records; and

(2) approved by the remainder of the board.
