Tex. Special District Local Laws Code § 1012.064: PERSONNEL CONTRACTS.

Where this section sits in the code

(a) The board may contract to provide administrative and other personnel for the operation of the hospital facilities.

(b) The term of the contract may not exceed 25 years.
