Tex. Special District Local Laws Code § 1012.204: EXECUTION OF GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS.

Where this section sits in the code

(a) The board president shall execute the general obligation bonds in the district's name.

(b) The board secretary shall attest the bonds as provided by Chapter 618, Government Code.
