Tex. Special District Local Laws Code § 1013.051: BOARD ELECTION; TERM.

(a) The board consists of five directors elected from the district at large.

(b) Directors serve staggered three-year terms.

(c) An election shall be held on the uniform election date in May of each year to elect the appropriate number of directors.
