Tex. Special District Local Laws Code § 1015.112: CONTRACTS WITH GOVERNMENTAL ENTITIES FOR SERVICES.

Where this section sits in the code

The board may contract with a political subdivision of this state or with a state or federal agency for the district to:

(1) furnish a mobile emergency medical service; or

(2) provide for the investigatory or welfare needs of district inhabitants.
