Tex. Special District Local Laws Code § 1015.305: DIRECTORS IN OFFICE AFTER DISSOLUTION.

The directors in office on the date of the dissolution shall continue in office, without further election, until:

(1) the affairs of the district are effectively concluded; and

(2) all duties or acts required of the board are completed.
