SUBCHAPTER C. POWERS AND DUTIES

A construction or purchase contract that involves the expenditure of more than the amount provided by Section 271.024, Local Government Code, must comply with the competitive procurement requirements provided by Chapter 252, 262, or 271, Local Government Code, as applicable.
