Tex. Special District Local Laws Code § 1027.053: NOTICE OF ELECTION.

(a) At least 35 days before the date of an election of directors, notice of the election shall be published one time in a newspaper of general circulation in the district.

(b) The election notice shall state:

(1) the purpose of the election;

(2) the date of the election; and

(3) the location of the polling places.
